Is there a minimum order?
We realize some retailers do not have a lot of space, therefore we have not set a minimum order requirement. We simply ask that you give thought to creating a full and beautiful display as the products will sell through faster.
How does the Fall / Winter Pre-Order Work?
We are now booking orders for October 5th to October 15th. Book your order by adding items to the cart and at check out select (Another way to pay / Fall and Winter Pre-Order) you will be charged when the order goes into production 3-5 days before shipping.
What is the Production and Shipping Schedule?
Production is booked til October 5th. Orders placed this week, will be produced and shipped between Oct 5 and Oct 15th. If you wish to have your order shipped later, no problem, just send us an email to advise of your requested ship date.
Can I order now and ship in Nov or Dec?
Yes, you can place an order now to enjoy the savings on these select items. We will produce the order 3-5 days before your requested ship date. Order now for Oct, Nov or Dec.
How do I request a specific ship date?
Simply place your order online. Send an email to sales@cleanapothecary.ca to let us know the date that you wish for your order to ship. We will request payment 5-7 days before the ship date so that we have time to produce the order.
