A: No. But we suggest a minimum order amount of approximately $350.00 CAD. Orders of this this size tend to ensure that there is enough product to create displays that will excite your customers and ensure enough backstock to cover lead times for reorders.
Q: Are our bath bombs shrink wrapped?
A: Yes, each bath bomb is wrapped in a clear, perforated shrink. This allows the bath bombs to remain looking wonderful for a long time, prevents damages and messy displays. The perforated shrink allows customers to still smell the bath bomb.
Q: How big are the bath bombs?
A: Our bath bombs are the mondo size, larger than most sold in the industry. Our bath bombs are roughly 2.75" round and weigh 200 grams or more - 8 ounces +
Q: Do our Bath Bombs Stain the Tub, Skin or Towels?
A: Our bath bombs will not stain the tub, towels or skin however, we do use Mica which may leave a residue behind that may need to be cleaned.
Q: Are your bath bombs safe for children?
A: Yes our bath bombs are safe for children over the age of two.
Q: Are bath bombs safe for use during pregnancy?
A: We suggest contacting your physician prior to the use of any essential oils during pregnancy.
Q: How should I store bath bombs?
A: Store bath bomb stock in a cool, dry, dark place away from sunlight. Sunlight will fade the colours. High humidity may affect the bath bombs as well so be sure to keep them in a dry spot. We suggest a rubber maid container to keep your back up stock in.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We have fantastic negotiated rates with UPS. You will save on multi-box shipments. Most shipping of 2 or more boxes equals 10% of your order total. For those customers located in super remote shipping areas please contact us to arrange delivery via Canada Post as UPS typically does not service those areas.
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Typical turn around times are 3-5 business days from order placement to order shipping. Once your order ships, it is typically 3-5 business days with UPS within Canada. Please allow 2 extra days for those customers in super remote locations.
